We are your movement and wellness community building strength, confidence and might through fitness and yoga. We specialize in providing females with multiple modalities, ages 8 through 55+, fitness and yoga classes. We are a community of women who support and encourage women of all ages to live their best and healthiest lives.
WHAT TO EXPECT
All classes are 45 minutes in length. Please schedule your class on the MINDBODY app. Class size is limited to 10 with a wait list. You must cancel your class within two hours of the class in order not to be charged. Please check yourself in once you enter the studio on the ipad at the door. Bring your own yoga mat to class or a mat will be provided. No equipment needed for any fitness classes. Cool towels and water is always provided.
Our diverse and unique training makes us your health and wellness one-stop shop. We offer specialized fitness and yoga classes for girls and ladies in all aspects of life, including tween, teen, prenatal, postnatal and 55+ classes. We also host nutrition workshops to assist with nutrition counseling and provide recovery and mobility sessions.
